Sessions and consultations should be scheduled in advance by phone or e-mail.
During sessions with clients we will be unable to respond to phone calls, but will endeavour to respond to missed calls during the same, or the following, working day. Please let us know whether you prefer we contact you at a specific time.
The first meeting is an opportunity to talk about the reasons for seeking professional support and defining the most appropriate treatment method. This first meeting also incorporates an agreement on the terms and conditions of work.
